The Opportunity of Living

Twenty one years ago on a Tuesday morning, he was born and given the chance to experience the life. Later they called him Hamed… .

Once someone told me that every seven years, one has a milestones in his life. “You don’t even have a single cell on your body which existed seven years ago”, he added. That’s a change, not only physical but also spiritual.

Therefore, I’m on my 3rd milestone right now. That is meant to be a turning point. As I think about this, I remember a quote in “Vanilla Sky” movie. “Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around”. I agree with this one more. A turning point could be anytime, Even at this very special moment that we’re alive, even though most of us do not appreciate life while we’re healthy and full of it.

Twenty one years passed in the blink of an eye and with another blink, I will be 42. That’s the life, the nature of life. It goes very quickly and we understand the importance of time after almost losing it. What we really achieve, does not come out of tomorrow. One should not wait for tomorrow to come. Tomorrow is the result of today’s actions which are based on yesterday’s experiences.

Life has got so many of bright and gloomy moments simultaneously. Everyone’s life has them in fact. No blames, that’s the way it is and will be. It’s a chance to live, a reason to fight for, a road to reach the eternity through, where the real peace and truth show up, where we are all heading for.

Iran, US Clash, Inevitable?

In this post, I would like to point out some personal beliefs over the political issues. Please note that I DO NOT have the purpose to target any political side in the world. These are MY OWN beliefs only and never intended to target any group.

Politics has always been a main subject to discuss among people. As you consider any of your family reunions, you notice many of them contain political talks. As for me, I like to follow news and estimations about future political events just for my own information. For me, there is a personal belief which I have found proof over the years. THERE IS NO ABSOLUTE GOOD SIDE IN POLITICS.

For a better explanation, I make an example. In computer world, everything is based on 0 and 1 and the infinite combinations of them. I could say 1 or 0 but not 0.3 which is a relative number between two digits that represents much likeness to 0 than 1. While at the same time it is not absolute 0. In fact, this is the way I believe the universe is built. No absolutes. For an expanded explanation of the issue, you can read more on Fuzzy Logic.

The same logic goes right in politics. One side of the political issue could be 0.6 right while the other side is only 0.4 right. The degree could change for any sides. But one thing is clear. No side can be 100 % right. If we look at the things going on in our world this way, interpretation of events seem easier.

In most political issues or clashes, people are the real victims. The history has proven this statement to be right many many times. Possible Iran and US clash will be no exception. There will be no winner as the both sides will be losers. The real loser, will be people while there is not a real winner. Oh, poor people, always victims of their ruler’s ambitiousness.

Sometimes, I do not see the world we live in as a human place. Are we really human beings? How can we be in peace while the world has never been less peaceful than what it is today. There have been more wars than before in all over the world.

Then we call ourselves civilized. Yeah. Civilized to kill unarmed and innocent people, civilized to cheat on our people, civilized to take advantage of our people, civilized to be the voice of our people to do everything we like, civilized to take advantage of people’s beliefs (religious or non-religious beliefs). Yes. We are civilized.

Exams Over, Still Alive!

Another exams storm is over in my university life and still there is a long way to go. To tell you the truth, they were really tough this semester, and they seem to be getting more tough in upcoming months. Anyways, I would like to thank Anna for her nice comment wishing me Good Luck on exams and I hope she’ll be successful on all aspects of her life. Make sure to check out her Flickr Page in which she uploads her amazing and wonderful shots taken by her camera.

Another thing I would like to mention is that from now on there’ll be more photo stuff on web site. Also, I can say that there are lots of articles I’m thinking about to put on web site but yet there is a matter of privacy. I think you understand what mean by saying privacy. I may explain more about the privacy matter later.

For now, enjoy the below photo taken by Adnan, my dear friend and relative. It is was taken on his trip to central Iran in which he had a chance to face a Rally race. A Peugeot 206 with a snobbish face. Click to view enlarged version.
